Home Page Submission Guidelines

In order to maintain the integrity of the Adoption Triad Outreach, the following guidelines have been established for any web site submission.  Please review the following guidelines carefully. If your web site meets these guidelines click the "I Agree" button at the bottom. 

Once we receive your submission form, your site will be visited by one of the board members prior to the posting of your web site on the ATO site. Each guideline will be checked to ensure that the guidelines have been met.

Once your site has been approved, , it will be listed on the Adoption Triad Outreach ATO Family page.

Make sure you leave your email address on the submission form for the ATO to contact you. Also include your chat nick name.

Adoption Triad Outreach

  1. You must be affiliated with Adoption Triad Outreach. This includes but is not limited to those who take part in the Adoption Triad Outreach Chat rooms or those who take an active part or interest in ATO such as a volunteer.
  2. The Home Page you are submitting, MUST be adoption related.
  3. Your entire web site must NOT contain nudity, pornographic material or inappropriate language. Nor may it include any type of harassment abuse, hate, bigotry, threats of harm or defamatory statements. This includes any and all links which are connected to your homepage.
  4. Banners or promotions that promote nudity, pornographic material or inappropriate language is not acceptable.
  5. You are responsible for the content of your web site. Your web site will be reviewed periodically by a member of the Board of Directors for content. If your web site does not meet the guidelines it will be deleted from the ATO Family Section.

  6. Adoption Triad Outreach does NOT allow solicitation.  No web site can contain solicitation material for the purpose of:

  • Searchers seeking clients

  • Adoptive Parents seeking to adopt

  • Birth Parents seeking to place

  1. All ATO codes of conduct and disclaimers apply to the ATO Family Site.

If you feel your homepage and the page you are submitting to be posted on the ATO web site, meets these guidelines, then click on the I Agree button. It will take you to the submission page.
