Vital Records and Other Help

Certified copies of Missouri death and birth records and statements relating to Missouri marriages and divorces are available from:

The Missouri Department of Health's Bureau of Vital Records stores the state archives for the vital records. They maintain the central registry of births, deaths, marriages and divorces for the State of Missouri.
 They also prepare new certificates for adoptions.
 They file and issue certified copies of birth, death, marriages, and divorces certificates
