State office has had birth and death records since 1912. Fee for short form is $7.00 (for certificates obtained within 1 year after the event).

State office has had divorce records since January 1926. Certified copies are not available from the State office. Index search only available at $6.00 for each 5-year increment.

State office has statistical records on marriage only from January 1926 to July 1, 1938, and since January 1942.
 If the records are not available at the State office, they should be available from the Circuit Clerk in the county where the license was issued.
 Fee is $3.00.
