Try Genealogy Libraries periodicals to search through. Also try Legal publications that were in print at the time of the birth, check with your librarian, try a law library
Department of Motor Vehicles: One can get a drivers license at the age of
15 years. Transcripts are $4.00. You must have the driver's full name and
driver's license number. Payment must be in the form of a money order or
cashier's check made out to the
Department of Motor Vehicles,
Physician Licensing Board,
Attorney Licensing Board,
Vital Statistics,
The state office has death and birth records beginning in 1920 and delayed
records since 1880. Make check or money order payable to
Marriage and divorce records are available from the Clerk of Superior Court
in the county where the divorce was granted or the marriage license was issued. Some county offices carry vital records. Many have different offices for handling specific types of vital records and holdings may vary.
