State office has had birth and death records since July 1911. Make check or money order payable to Section of Vital Statistics.
For earlier records, write to County Recorder in county where event occurred. 
Fees vary.

State office has divorce and marriage indexes since January 1968. 
Certified copies are not available from the State Health Department. 
Inquiries will be forwarded to the County Clerk in the county where the divorce was granted or the license was issued. 
Fees vary.
