Charge for a search through an intermediary who will be using identifying information is $400.00.

The mutual consent registry is for adult adoptees (age 21), birth parent, biological siblings (age 21), and parents of deceased birth parent. Registration is $25. Non-identifying information is available for a fee of $45 to adoptees 18 or older, birth parent, adoptive parents, and in the event of the death of an adoptee, an adoptee's spouse and children if they are 18 or older.
